Correct SNSF logo #94

On the website's footer the logo of SNSF is not correct.

It should not be the one of the Swiss Confederation (the country), but the one of SNSF (the funding agency).

I added the picture SNF_logo_standard_web_sw_pos_e.png, but will let you udpate the rest, thanks.
