Make saad dict

@saad-app is interested in being able to look up words and taxonomy tags via an app. Source file is present at https://github.com/saad-app/saad-app .

A typical row in his spreadsheet is like:

વહન,ભાંડ,વસ્તુભાંડ,યાનભાંડ,યંત્ર,વાહન,ઉડગ | plane | airplane | aeroplane | aircraft | flight | વિમાન | ખેચર | વાતયાન | આભયાન | પવનપાવડી | ખગ | ગગનગ | ઊડ | ઉડાણ | ફડફડી

For this, we'll need the following:

• existing data in a suitable format (a TSV file) or a google spreadsheet which can be accessed programmatically. (I'm having trouble converting the ods spreadsheet to tsv on my computer - unicode is not handled well.)
• (preferably) separate spreadsheet (ie tsv file) which maps each tag to it's subtags or entries. For example: વહન,ભાંડ,વસ્તુભાંડ,યાનભાંડ,યંત્ર,વાહન|ઉડગ,તરગ

Await such data from @saad-app .

A pretty good version of the dict is out - both in gujju and devanAgarI scripts. The script which was used to produce it is here and (transliteration) here respectively .

Whenever https://github.com/indic-dict/stardict-gujarati/tree/master/en-head/saad is updated, a new dictionary is automatically produced via this type of github action script - https://github.com/indic-dict/stardict-gujarati/runs/5284110091?check_suite_focus=true .

possible to involve clickable tags as mentioned under the 'features and settings' head in the idea image i sent?

Goldendict desktop - double click on any word to go to the corresponding entry - should work for tags as well. Something similar possible in other apps as well.

For every tag you'll see something like -
