Describe the bug
At least on my AVX connected via the handset over usb, when slew limits are hit the mount stops responding. Not even parking works. I don't recall ever setting slew limits explicitly.
To Reproduce
Start Ekos
Unpark, track a target
Allow the mount to run into a slew limit
Observe that the mount stops responding (not even to a park request)
Disconnect from the mount
Attempt to reconnect to the mount
Observe that the mount does not connect successfully
Expected behavior
Even if the slew limit is hit, I would expect that I can stop tracking and return the mount to the home positions
