When scaling a Kubernetes cluster up from 0 nodes, the Telegraf Operator does not apply annotations to newly created workloads as expected. I suspect this is due to the Telegraf Operator pods not running yet, and therefore not mutating the new manifests. Unsure how to resolve this issue.

What products and version are you using?

Telegraf Operator latest (v1.3.11)
