Add support for non host based tools #324

What's the problem this feature will solve?
I'd like to use this tool to also manage static analysis tools of code such as:

Clair
Bandit
Safety
OWASP Dependency Checker

But it seems that all the tools in use must be associated with a host

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to manage those reports too

A use case would be the test phase of a CI environment, here a step would run those tests and upload them to Faraday
