H5 SDK deployment in Onpremise M3

Hello, I'm using the latest version of Odin. For a specific customer that runs M3 on-premises,

If I try to install a basic mashup, I get the error "Unable to perform the requested operation".
If I use "Install Zips", the error is more explicit: "Invalid application filename 3rdpartylisenses.txt"
If I remove the assets file, from the zip package, it works. Is it possible to correct this or is there a way to not include this file when creating the package?

Thanks, it got installed after removing the 3rdpartylicenses.txt but when I click on that link , I am getting the below error instead of application.
