Add functions to override textprop.dat/objprop.dat

Currently modders need to manually copy the textprop.dat or objprop.dat files to the mod directory and reload the mod if they want to modify these properties.

Add a function to do this within the context of the editor: If the stack contains properties and the mod doesn't, have a button to perform this copy in the respective windows.
