Move to Kiama 2

This would particularly help us avoid having to resetMemo and initTree all over the place, so lots of extra work gets done since we do things like name analysis on the original grammar and then later we need to do it when generating but by that stage the memo table has been cleared so it has to be redone.

But, this is probably a bit of work...
