Validation errors indicator in form shown prematurely

An indication of the presence of validation errors is shown beneath the submit button as soon as the form is dirty and invalid.

This is shown as soon as any input field is set, before the user has had the chance to fill out everything. Ideally this would only show up on an invalid submit request.
