Reset timer on verifying recover phrase when wallet is freshly imported #3122

I had to wipe and reinstall my Daedalus data and after restoring all 12 of my wallets using the recover phrases, every wallet is requesting that I verify my wallet recovery phrase putting a red dot by my wallet. This doesn't make sense since I JUST restored using that same phrase.
