Can the hardware model and serial number of macOS VMs be changed for MDM testing?

With VirtualBuddy on ASI it is currently not possible to make these changes. However, you can still run self-enrollment.

I do now that this is still possible on intel machines, it would be nice to have option under VM Settings for HW model and SN.

Also interested in this. It's important to be able to test DEP enrollment rather than just user initiated enrollment.

This is not possible with the current state of Apple Silicon virtualization. Remember Virtual Buddy can only do what is possible within the Apple virtualization framework.

Thanks for the information. Wasn't sure if possible or not. Virtual buddy is pretty nice and almost has all I would ask for. So no complaints for virtual buddy.
