Installing guest machine with newer version that host machine without needing to install Xcode beta

I found this pkg "Device Support for macOS 14 beta 3" in here

After installing the pkg, I can install macOS 14 beta on a macOS 13 host machine.

I'm wondering what's in the pkg (MobileDevice framework?) and where are the files installed in (file directory)

My only concern is that if this pkg will trash my system overtime as new beta versions come out?

That's highly unlikely since this is frequently updated with macOS updates, Xcode installs, etc
