Can't install macOS Sequoia 15.1 Developer Beta 1

I'm on macOS 14.6 with Xcode beta 16.0 beta 5 installed.

I downloaded the ipsw through VirtualBuddy UniversalMac_15.1_24B5009l_Restore.ipsw but I'm getting An error occurred during installation. Installation failed. Below are the logs. I've tried UTM also but that doesn't work either.

Could it be due to lack of support files, as mentioned here: #359

I just installed the Device Support for macOS 15 beta, didn't fix it.

You need to download Xcode 16.1 beta. You can then install it or extract the following file and run it,

Xcode-beta.app/Contents/Resources/Packages/MobileDevice.pkg

Guess Apple will release the usual standalone version of this at some point.

Downloading this specific device support fixed it for me.
