This is a limitation of how native directory sharing works in Apple's virtualization system. It's not meant to be used the way you're describing, only for quickly sending entire files or folders between host and guest. Clipboard sharing is available with VirtualBuddyGuest (see readme for details), it's currently very limited but a better implementation is coming in an update soon. |
