Por enquanto isso é só um apanhado de scripts. Transformar em uma ferramente CLI "de verdade"

criar setup.py
adicionar os scripts existentes como instaláveis
uniformizar nomes dos scripts
refatorar para colocar o código comum em um pacote Python
