Cassandra rules

I couldn't find any alert manager rules for this exporter.
Is there such file that I can use?

Hey, my PR#196 to this project got merged, so please check this page for Cassandra Rules https://awesome-prometheus-alerts.grep.to/rules.html#cassandra

I mostly used the existing rules from criteo/cassandra_exporter and converted them to rules for instaclustr/cassandra-exporter.
@zegelin you may want to add a note in README for Cassandra Prometheus Rules to this project and resolve this.
