Updating the blueman dependencies to pipewire (or at least beyond just pulseaudio) #39

Since pipewire can be used as a replacement for pulseaudio, the pulseaudio-bluetooth package is no longer the only option. Thus, if you have pipewire-pulse, you cannot access the instantSETTINGS bluetooth options because it will first try to install the "missing package", which in fact is not missing, but is replaced by the pipewire alternative.

Just for completeness, the users can fix it by commenting out line 1229 in /usr/bin/instantsettings
# instantinstall pulseaudio-bluetooth || exit 1.
