Result table: updating a contraint change the logical operator

I have created a query with 2 contraints A and B and changed the contraint logic to (A OR B).
In the query result, I update the contraint A. The query sent to the /service/query/results has the constraintLogic="A and B" instead of constraintLogic="A or B"
