Auto save bookmarks not working #1055

Describe the bug
When adding a bookmark with the 'auto save bookmarks' option on, nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Turn on auto save bookmarks in options
Add a bookmark

Expected behavior
Page is saved with spn

Environment (please complete the following information):

Webextension version: 3.4.2
Browser + version: Chrome
Version 131.0.6778.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS + version: Windows 11 Pro V 23H2

Tried restarting, reinstalling extension, updating chrome, clearing cookies, logged in to extension etc
