Horizontal RTL (right to left) not working

RTL on horizontal scrolling seems not to be working.

NiceScroll correctly recognizes rtlmode but scrolling does not work at all.

Further testing reveals that it does indeed work correctly with Chrome.
But not with FF or Safari.
