What happened

I disabled the option "Enable informational Popovers" in the general settings, but popovers still appear if I tab through the node options or if I hover over them with the mouse and they often do not disappear unless I hover or select that option again.

What you expected to happen

I expected that they would no longer appear if I disable them in the general settings.
