What should this feature add?

There are models that can create prompt from images like https://huggingface.co/spaces/pharmapsychotic/CLIP-Interrogator. This would be a great feature especially when you just want to upscale or expand an existing image, because as far as I know one would have to enter a prompt for these images manually.
