This relates to #4185

I'm not sure why you wrote documentation differently to SUI: https://docs.sui.io/guides/developer/getting-started/sui-install but it's confusing. Once I download the IOTA release package, binary files are there ready to be used. There isn't anything to install specific to my OS/architecture except extracting those binary files into my preferred location and use them.
