Preserve shifted characters in chord outputs on CharaChorder X #193

On the CharaChorder X, if you create a chord that has an output that is a shifted character, the shift isn't being properly encoded when setting the chord on the device.

In this image, you can see my output string has shifted letters and characters and those aren't captured.

Spaces are also removed, which is part of/related to another issue that affects all CharaChorder devices.

This is what it looks like after reading chords if you impulse chord something with shifted characters:

It shows

when the chord is actually

so I think that aspect is all working correctly
