Instead of showing "SPACE" show " " in the chord output, and check others

In the chord output on dot io, we should show the "normal" representation of the character

For example, for space that should be and not SPACE

This should then be checked and ensured to properly import.

Right now if you export your chord library, then import it back with changes, all of your multi word phrases will be incorrect. They will literally output inSPACEthe instead of in the for example.
