Describe the bug
Ctrl key gets stuck when Left Mirror Key + Left Ctrl Key are pressed

To Reproduce
Chord left mirror key + left ctrl key

Expected behavior

Zoom in and out of a browser when rolling the mouse wheel
Hitting the 't' key will open a new tab
Hitting the 'n' key will open a new window
Hitting the 'w' we're will close the tab/browser
