Currently some of the dp-service/metalnet jobs require 1GB hugepages support to run correctly. The public runners do not support that out of the box, so a a custom self-hosted DPDK runner (with hugepages support) was added to those special repositories.

We do not want to maintain private runners on the long run (effort, VM costs, etc.), so a public runner solution should be found

I know that's not really a dp-service related issue, though I want to track it here, because we will address it in near future
