snapraid-btrfs broke with a snapper update

The https://github.com/automorphism88/snapraid-btrfs repo linked from the wiki appears to be abandoned. Here's the issue: automorphism88/snapraid-btrfs#35. snapraid list continues to work, but snapraid-btrfs list fails with

Snapper configs found:

No snapper configs found for any data drives in /etc/snapraid.conf

If you look at the linked issue, a PR was opened with a fix in April 2024, and it's still open. Perhaps the wiki should be updated to point to the PR author's fork instead?
