Subquestions

Currently, only questions of the form:

1. 
2. 
3. 

are supported. It may be the case that a content author would like created nested questions, similar to:

1. 
    a. 
    b. 
    c. 

This should be doable by modifying the questions list in semantics.json. Creating a new optionally extensible group or list, as described in the H5P Semantics Definition, and doing something like nesting the Q&A group type within the new group/list should be the first thing to try.

When semantics is modified, the data model will also change. semantics.questions will be different and this will need to be accounted for in multiple places in the front-end (especially when defining the ordered list ol in content.js) and back-end.
