Add "ignore tag" to HTML

I would like the option to add something to the HTML to make the tool ignore a certain DIV. For instance we have a page that displays 10 random people, so the HTML will be different each time the page is opened. It would be nice if that piece of HTML could be ignored.

For instance: add a data-isaac-url-differ="false" or something like that to a HTML tag.
