Order of curriculum chapters is not predefined #52

The curriculum could be understood in a way that the order of the chapters is predefined. This was never the intention. The trainer can choose any order that fits best to teach the content to the specific audience

Actually I never understood the curriculum in this way. Of course the order of the chapters in this curriculum (... or in any curriculum) does not need to be used strictly on how a training is organized.
This is IMHO not a FLEX-specific thing.

I do not see a need to change that (now or at all)

Maybe we should just mention in the preembel that order of the chapters is not mandatory.

This applies to all curricula, including Foundation. We may be aware of this, but I would still appreciate a note on that.

E.g.: The order of the chapters does not dictate the layout of a training course. Providers can adjust this for didactic reasons.

We could/should add this to the template as well, so that we can then merge the changes into all other curricula.
