establish the "Glossary" as foundation for examination questions #529

When creating and discussing examination questions, we should always provide the corresponding terminology and/or references in the glossary.

#534 adds links to the glossary for LG-{1,2,3}

#534 was the easy part. Here are some terms from LG-{1,2,3} that should probably be in the glossary, but currently are not:

  • functional requirements
  • product owner
  • requirment engineer
  • quality assurance
  • data models
  • Conveys law (with reference)
  • Goodhart's law
  • KISS
  • YAGNI
  • CUPID
  • Postel's law

Right now, I don't have the time to continue, so I just leave it as a todo list.
