manage 502 & 503 errors #19

Sometimes ISTEX API send these errors.
when 502, and empty file is created.
when 503, it's an HTML file with this content :

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>503 Service Unavailable</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Service Unavailable</h1>
<p>The server is temporarily unable to service your
request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
