The readme should warn about option renaming in 0.3

When rewriting the plugin in 0.3, all options have been changed to camelCased names rather than lowercased ones. This means that options passed by the calling code are ignored when updating the library, unless you update the names. However, there is not indication of this renaming in the doc.
