not saving settings in configuration #10

I installed the app. All seems fine.

But when I try t0 save the setting it will not save it.

Using Magento ver. 2.1.7

r directory

I got below error when uploading the file

The "C:/Users/admin/AppData/Local/Temp/D:/softs///**/php6A14.tmp" file doesn't exist.

Stack

Magento v2.3.0
XAMPP v3.2.2
PHP v7.1.19
Windows 10

Please let me know if you need more info.
