Not sure if it would be entirely possible but it would be pretty handy to have a "copy to server" button to copy files to other servers (that you have access to), a "move to server" can also be done too ^^

As far as I know, there is an external paid Addon for this that allows transfers/copying from an old SFTP to a new SFTP host.
For transfers to another node, there is already a transfer function in the backend at Pterodactyl.

Maybe I misunderstood your suggestion. In that case, please describe it in detail again.

as I understand it, they're asking for functionality to copy individual files between owned servers as an end user, not necessarily transferring everything over SFTP

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible

So you don't have to download/re-upload specific plugins, folders, or config files.
