But however there are some apps that provide but they don't provide options to full access over google drive like we can't use share drives, etc and have not great minimal UI like DriveStream.
That is why it's my humble request to integrate VLC player with this app and then it will be a all rounder.
With this I can stream actual movie like you said not transcoded and specially in VLC....cherry on top.
If you can't do this or don't give any priority to it then atleast fix the pre-installed video player that comes inbuilt with drivestream and make it functions exactly like VLC like subtitles scaling, volume anti-suprression (In Exo player any files we stream it's volume always get reduced and even after at full volume it still remains low and that's why audio quality is not that good), brightness 🔅 increase, screen ratio options and that's it. it will be too good. Please consider this request and do something regarding this.

integrate VLC player

This app uses mpv which is in my opinion superior with VLC, though I believe you were talking about the features and not the backend. Right off the bat, I'd like to state, IT IS NOT possible to link this app to VLC by standard means (since drive files are behind authentication), as I've pointed out before Rclone Browser apps such as rcx already provide a way open files externally (such as in VLC).

As far as the video player features are concerned there are already few open issues like #39 please read my comments on those.
