Opening this issue about subject sub-edm019. As we can see in the below image, the lesion is segmented in the brainstem while in our case we only focus on spinal cord lesion.
During analysis of lesions, maybe we should remove lesions above the first vertebral level ?
How should we treat this patient for the training of the region-based nnunet model.
Removing it from spinal cord segmentation anyway.
