Script is asking for input subject, whereas the correct input should be the absolute PATH

The issue is caused by entering the relative PATH to the subject, leading to:

/Users/julien/code/canproco/lisa/spine.sh: line 54: cd: data/CAN-01-RRM-133-M0/mt: No such file or directory

However, the script does not mention that absolute PATH should be entered, but rather asks to enter the subject:

canproco/lisa/spine.sh

This needs to be clarified.
