The pdf version looks good, but the element hierarchy and attribute summary graphics are messy in the html version. They are readable, but have a number of extra lines and the fonts don't look good. The fix is probably in ivoatex.

Hm... these are not graphics at this point but rather tables. Why
the fonts don't work for you is an interesting question. I don't see
anything that would even do anything with the fonts in the HTML; it's
just normal tt, styled with a bit of color. That smells like a local
problem, and if it does need a fix, it would probably be some
workaround in the document itself. Put another way: I can't see
anything wrong with the markup generated by tth.
The fix is probably in ivoatex.
The extra lines are indeed due to ivoatex, which does not really
expect complex table layouts like this and has CSS to introduce
rules, which does not play well with the border=1 that tth introduces
here. Let me think a bit about a good way to switch that CSS rule
off in such situations.
