Add system uptime at the beginning of the diagnostic logging

Description

It can be difficult to determine if the system has been rebooted from the IVPN App logs. Knowing that a system has been rebooted versus an application restart can be useful.

Describe the solution you'd like

The first [launch] line in the current logs includes the pid and arch. Please add the system uptime as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently, I can only ask the customer for details about when the system is rebooted.
