Delimiter keympas

Hi there, thanks for the beautiful package.

I've read several time the provided documentation, maybe I'm not getting something.

I think that the delimiter map should work like:

1. Call surround edit
2. Select the text object
3. Use the delimiter map (in example R)
4. Should result in \langle text object \rangle

However trying to reproduce this in a latex buffer or in stratch buffer result in Rtext ojectR

I checked for:

1. evil-tex-mode is enabled
2. evil-surrond-mode is enabled

This behaviour is consistent with all delimiters

Am I doing something wrong?

After hour of trying, I got the meaning of d as delimiter keymap.
Maybe could add same example of the use of delimiter keymap my self and create a pull request for the documentation?
