Mark As Junk binding shows up even if the Junk functionality is disabled in addon settings #28

Pretty straightforward. That setting should govern whether or not that shows up in the inventory window, not just whether or not it does something.

Confirmed this fix addresses the issue (in PR). It does not add a "Y" actions menu item, but it does address both this issue and #29 by putting "Stack All Items" as the binding when Junk feature is disabled.
