Hide byline for RSS feeds #81

A lot of RSS feeds have a single common byline. As such, it would be nice to ignore the author for such feeds as a configurable option.

Totally agree! What do you think of this:

"byline": "all" | "none" | "first"

all: include byline always
none: never include byline
first: only show on the first from this provider

Any cases I'm missing?
