Describe the bug

No matter how many times I reinstall, uninstall, or do anything in regards to jack2 version 1.9.22 for WIndows, it simply crashes instantly ever since winget made it update even though it was already 1.9.22.

Environment

Steps To Reproduce

- Install and use jack2 version 1.9.22 on Windows through the exe installer
- Perform "winget upgrade --all" in Windows Terminal (Powershell 7.3.4) and have it upgrade JACK2 from version 1.9.22 to version 1.9.22
- Run jack2 through qjackctl as usual after the update finishes

Expected vs. actual behavior

Expected: Jack2 runs like it normally would every other time
Actual: Jack2 crashes nearly instantly, with the messages claiming the server ran for a total of between 25 and 35 microseconds.

Provided are two files: the message log showing the crash and the analysis of the crash dmp file from running jack2 under default settings on the dummy driver.

Perhaps it's related to this? #913
I'm closing this for now since maybe I was on 1.9.21
