Here you can find a collection of resources which will help you understand how CDI 1.1 is being developed. The current draft of the specification is here on GitHub, and the guidelines for contributing page will help you contribute to the development process.
Providing Feedback ------------------There are a number of options to provide feedback on CDI. Our favorite way for you to provide feedback is join in the discussion directly on the issue tracker and development mailing list. This means you can discuss your problems or ideas with the entire expert group directly, and stay involved whilst the issue is resolved. You can read more about how to join in on the guidelines for contributing page.
Our next favorite is to join our dedicated feedback list at https://lists.jboss.org/mailman/listinfo/cdi-feedback. Alternatively, you can email the spec lead directly (pmuir (AT) redhat (DOT) com) (but we would much prefer you provide your feedback openly via the development mailing list!).
