The package can now only be used if the user puts a character string ("mito" or "glyco") in there assignment of the group when performing the plate setup in the WAVE setup, or it should be manually added afterwards.

It could be provide as an argument to the partition function. The current argument options restrict the package use as users may deviate from a standard setup. For example, when injecting a drug, the number of measurements following injections can be variable, which breaks the workflow for analyzing the data with the package functions. Is there a way to have the user input its assay set-up in a proper organized format?
