We are experiencing an issue with the Jamf Sync app during package replication from Jamf Cloud to our local distribution point (DP). Specifically:
The app prompts for the local distribution point password during the replication process, but the password is not being accepted.
Existing packages in the local DP continue to work without issues.
We cannot replicate new packages, including the macOS installer required for the macOS Sequoia upgrade.
Network Details:
Connectivity between Cloud and local DP confirmed operational.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Jamf Sync app.
Initiate package replication from Jamf Cloud to local DP.
Enter the local DP password when prompted.
Password is rejected, and replication fails.
