I've tried installing both version of JPM on a MBP with an M1 Pro chip running 13.6.9 (22G830) and the app will not show any of my local printers.
There are at least 2 queues that have never been on our JAMF Pro Cloud server and should display but it does not work. I also tried deleting a printer from the MDM and refreshing the local to no avail.
I've rebooted, run updates, deleted and reinstalled.
I will likely have to punt on JPM and utilize PrintDeploy from PaperCut given that we are in mid-August (in K12 this the 7th circle).
Hoping there is a fix for this app soon though as I much preferred using JAMF to push out print queues.
QUICK UPDATE: We were able to get the app to work on an intel iMac running 14.5.0. Not sure what other factors may be at play.
