Matierials and stuff of your mod will generate only in new chunks? Or even in old chunks of my world?

The only thing that generates is the clay stamps in dungeon loot, so that will only appear in new chunks, unless you have something else that will give you access to loot table items in existing chunks. They can also be bought and sold through some villagers.

Everything else is crafted through common materials.
